Further to the announcement of 12 May 2009, NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive media gaming company, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 136,220,636.
The above figure of 136,220,636 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change in their interest, in the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
