The Company was notified today that Thomas Charlton, Executive Chairman, remains interested in 26,200,538 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company. As a result of the Company issuing equity on 20 May 2009 Thomas Charlton's holding now represents 28.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
