The Company has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 and has sent copies to the shareholders.

The Company has convened its Annual General Meeting for 2009 for Thursday 25 June 2009 at 11.00 am to be held at 9 Queen Street, Mayfair, London W1J 5PE. Notice of the AGM and details of the proposed resolutions are given on pages 58 to 62 of the Annual Report and Accounts.
