The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors. Mrs Debbie Hewitt is appointed an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2009 and Mr Simon Berwin is appointed a Non-Executive Director with effect from 29 May 2009.

Debbie Hewitt brings a wealth of knowledge to the Board gained during an executive career at Marks and Spencer plc and RAC plc where latterly she was Managing Director. She is an experienced non-executive director having sat on a number of Boards; these currently include HR Owen plc, NCC Group plc, Mouchel Group plc, Luminar plc, and Domestic and General.  She is also Non-Executive Chairman of HPI Limited.

Simon Berwin has extensive experience in the suit manufacturing and retail business having helped establish one of the largest clothing manufacturing businesses in the UK; Berwin and Berwin.  

On commenting, David Adams, Chairman said:

'On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome both Debbie and Simon to the Board.  Simon's manufacturing expertise will help the Company source and supply the best product to its customers. Debbie has a wealth of experience and skills across a broad spectrum of businesses, which will compliment the Board.

With the appointment to the Board of Debbie and Simon we now have completed the team to take the business forward.'

On joining the Board, Debbie Hewitt said;
