Outcome of Annual General Meeting

Nanette Real Estate Group, the Central & Eastern European residential real estate developer, is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting, held at the company's registered address, Rapenburgerstraat 204, 1011 MN, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on the 28th of May 2009, were duly passed by shareholders.

The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting circulated to the shareholders.
