Director Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that on 28 May 2009, Mr Kenneth Timmins, Director, purchased 15,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 53 pence per share. As a result 
of this transaction Kenneth Timmins is interested in 32,775 Ordinary Shares representing 0.28% of the issued 
share capital of the Company.
