HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT AND DIVIDEND INVESTMENT SCHEME

announces that the half-yearly financial report for the six months
ended 31 March 2009 and a circular to shareholders in respect of the
introduction of a new dividend investment scheme have today been
