Notice of 2009 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 ('Report and Accounts')

The AGM of Water Hall will be held on 17 June 2009 at 12 noon at The County Club, 158 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HJ.

The notice of the 2009 AGM and the Report and Accounts were sent to shareholders on 22 May 2009.
