In  accordance  with  Financial Services Authority Disclosure  and  Transparency
Rules,  the  Company advises that its issued share capital at the date  of  this
announcement comprises 9,909,317 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
The  voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying
the  right  to  one  vote.  The Company does not hold  any  Ordinary  Shares  in
treasury.

The  above  figure  may  be  used by shareholders as  the  denominator  for  the
calculations  by which they will determine if they are required to notify  their
interest  in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
