Cobra Biomanufacturing plc (AIM: CBF), the international manufacturer of biopharmaceuticals, held its AGM earlier today and is pleased to note that all resolutions were passed.

The interim results for the six month period ended 31 March, 2009 will be announced by 30 June, 2009.
