TRADING UPDATE

Further to the trading update dated 14th May 2009 Inland is pleased to announce the following:

The completion of Inland's membership/shareholding in Logic Homes Limited an organisation which has investment partner status with the HCA (Homes and Communities Agency).

This membership will enable Inland to access HCA grant funding directly to enhance the delivery of affordable homes constructed on Inland's valuable brownfield land bank and improving our commercial returns by a close working relationship with the other members who are constructors, RSL's and consultants specialising in providing quality sustainable homes for the future.
