DTR 5 Notification

Max Property Group Plc was notified on 27 May 2009 by MPG Feeder Limited, Prestbury Feeder Limited Partnership, Prestbury Feeder GP Limited, Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited, Nicholas Leslau and Sandra Gumm in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5 which is deemed to apply to the Company under its articles of association that, on 27 May 2009, following the Company's initial public offering:

•    MPG Feeder Limited was interested in 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in Max Property Group Plc representing 9.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

•    Prestbury Feeder Limited Partnership was interested in 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in Max Property Group Plc representing 9.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

•    Prestbury Feeder GP Limited was interested in 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in Max Property Group Plc representing 9.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; 

•    Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited was interested in 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in Max Property Group Plc representing 9.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

•    Nicholas Leslau was interested in 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in Max Property Group Plc representing 9.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and 

•    Sandra Gumm was interested in 20,175,002 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in Max Property Group Plc representing 9.17 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
