Result of General Meeting

Sovereign Oilfield Group Plc ('Sovereign' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the two resolutions proposed to shareholders at a General Meeting held today, namely: -

1. To approve the sale of the whole of the share capital of Vertec Engineering Ltd, and,

2. To approve the sale of certain business carried on by Labtech Services Ltd.

were duly approved by shareholders.
