Further re Disposal

The Company announced on 24 May 2007 that it had entered into a conditional agreement to sell its Coventry freehold site to a subsidiary of UNITE Group plc subject to the receipt of acceptable planning permission.

Norman Hay plc announces that the required level of planning permission has not been granted and that the conditional agreement has therefore been mutually terminated with immediate effect.
