Results of Extraordinary General Meeting and Class Meeting

Croma Group PLC (the 'Company') announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') and the class meeting of the holders of deferred shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company (the 'Class Meeting'), both held on 26 May 2009.

At the EGM, resolutions 1, 2 and 4 were passed on a show of hands as special resolutions and resolution 3 was passed on a show of hands as an ordinary resolution.

At the Class Meeting, the resolution was passed on a show of hands as a special resolution. 

Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the EGM and Class Meeting in respect of each resolution will be available tomorrow on the Company's website at www.cromagroup.co.uk.
