The Company note that on Monday 25th May 2009, Western Canadian Coal Corporation ('Western') sent a circular ('Circular') to its shareholders, relating to its recommended proposal for the acquisition of Cambrian Mining Plc. 

The Circular contains extracts from a technical report written by Wardell Armstrong LLP entitled 'Technical Report on Coal Properties of Energybuild Group PLC in South Wales for Western Canadian Coal Corporation' dated March 27th 2009.
