NOTICE OF DIVIDEND 

INTERIM DIVIDEND

It was announced that an Interim dividend of 0.70 pence less 25% Malaysian income tax and a Special dividend of 0.50 pence less 25% Malaysian income tax per 10 pence Ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2009 was declared on the Ordinary shares, which is payable on 26 June 2009, to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 June 2009. The ex-dividend date is 3 June 2009.
