Notification of Interest

The Company announces it has received notification that as a result of a disposal of voting rights, on 1 April 2009, RWC Pilgrim Fund LP decreased its interest in RPL to below 3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification was made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 95,297,603 ordinary shares of 1p each, all with voting rights.
