On 8 May 2009, Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) was notified by Octopus
Investments Nominees Limited ("Octopus") of a major interest in the Company.
The Company has been notified by Octopus, today, that such notification was
incorrect in that it related to Stagecoach Group plc and not the Company.
Therefore, the 'Holding in Company' announcement released on 8 May 2009 at
17.32pm under RNS No BIT:2564:0 should be disregarded.
