FRM Credit Alpha Limited reports that it has been advised by Sarasin & Partners LLP on 21st May 2009, using a copy of a TR1 notification of major interest in shares that, following a transaction on 20th May 2009, Bank of New York (Brussels and London), BNP Paribas Security Services (Guernsey and Jersey), JM Finn & Co (London), State Street Bank & Trust Co (London) and Northern Trust (London) have a direct holding over 14,168,994 ordinary sterling shares of no par value in the capital of the Company representing 17.1398% of the current issued capital of the Company.
