Director Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Alberto Gil, an Executive Director of the Company has purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 0.89p resulting in a holding of 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Gil has no previous holding in the Company.

The total number of voting rights of the Company is 77,979,412 ordinary shares.
