Results of 2009 Annual General Meeting

The Board of French Connection Group plc is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of French Connection Group plc shareholders held this morning, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting contained in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2009 were passed unanimously on a show of hands.

Copies of the resolutions passed as special business at the Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will in due course be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
