ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE
Alizyme plc (LSE: AZM), Cambridge, UK, 20 May 2009: Alizyme Annual Information Update for the period from 1 July 2008 until 19 May 2009.
Alizyme plc ('Alizyme' or the 'Company') announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2 issued by the Financial Services Authority, and following publication of the Annual Report on 30 April 2009, the following information has been published or made available to the public during the period from 1 July 2008 until 19 May 2009, in compliance with laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issuers of securities and securities markets.
