The Company was notified today that Mike Tapia and his wife have recently sold in total 2,980,747 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Mike Tapia is now interested in 16,932,335 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.3 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
