Allotment/Issue of shares following exercise of options

eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) announces that on 18 May 2009 it allotted/issued 30,000 ordinary shares as a result of options being exercised - 30,000 @ $A0.23.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading to AIM on 22 May 2009.

The issued capital is now 172,065,598 ordinary shares, and the number of ESOP options (not listed) is now 3,923,478.
