Notice of general meeting to be held on 16 June 2009 (the 'General Meeting')

The Company announces that a circular convening the General Meeting was posted to shareholders on 13 May 2009 (the 'Circular') and is available on the Company's investor relations website (ww7.investorrelations.co.uk/tedbaker).

The General Meeting is to be held at 11.15 a.m. at The Ugly Brown Building, 6a St Pancras Way, London NW1 OTB on 16 June 2009 at 11:15 a.m. or, if later, immediately following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 11:00 a.m. on the same day.

Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
