The Company was notified on 13 May 2009 that share options previously granted under the Ted Baker Sharesave Scheme to Mr LD Page for 5,354 shares have now been exercised at a price of 296.0p per ordinary share.

As a result of the transactions on 13 May 2009, the holding for Mr LD Page has now increased to 318,851 shares, representing 0.77% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital with voting rights.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
