The consolidated financial information of NTT and NTT DOCOMO INC. included in the material was prepared on the basis of accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. The non-consolidated financial information of NTT and that of each of its other subsidiaries was prepared on the basis of accounting principles generally accepted in Japan.
