interests focused in the Kyrgyz Republic, was notified on 12 May
2009, that as at close of business on 11 May 2009, Cazenove Capital
Management Ltd. holds a total of 15,476,100 Common Shares. This
holding represents 17.11% percent of the total issued share capital
of Chaarat as at 11 May 2009, being 90,441,714 Common Shares.
