CF Analyst UK Fund through its Authorised Corporate Director notified the Board
of Analyst Investment Management plc on 5 May 2009 that £58,724 was due to the
Company as performance fees for 2008. After discussions with our auditors, it
was agreed that this figure will be included in the 2009 interim accounts as a
prior year adjustment.
