Notice of AGM

Nanette Real Estate Group N.V. ('Nanette' or the 'Group') is pleased to announce that it is convening an AGM, which will be held at Rapenburgerstraat 204, 1011MN Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on Thursday, May 28th 2009 at 12:00 am.

The AGM will propose the following resolutions: 

• Approval of an extension of the period for compilation of the 2008 statutory accounts of the Company as required under Dutch law by a six (6) months' period, in accordance with Article 25.2 of the Company's Articles of Association;

• Approval of an extension of the Company's Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance for an additional 12 months' period. 

The Board of Management has determined that those who are registered on May 22nd 2009, after the processing of settlements on that date ('Record Date'), in the shareholders register of the Company and who have given notice up to the Record Date of their wish to attend the meeting and holders of depository interests registered at the Record Date who have given Computershare Company Nominees Limited notice of their wish to attend the meeting up to the Record Date, in accordance with the following, will have the right to attend the General Meeting.
