Transaction in own shares.

Dealogic (Holdings) plc ('Dealogic' or 'the Company'), provider of software, communications and information products to the investment banking industry, announces that it has, today, purchased through J.P. Morgan Cazenove Limited 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 120p per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, Dealogic (Holdings) plc holds 4,587,789 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 66,803,351.
