NWF Group plc: Directors Shareholding

NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Johnathan Ford, Group Finance Director, today bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company. The shares were bought at a price of 107.5 pence each.

Following this purchase, Mr. Ford's total beneficial interest in the Company is 20,000 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
