Termination of talks

On 07 April 2009 the Company announced that it was in preliminary talks with a third party regarding a potential offer for the Company. The Company has been informed that the third party has withdrawn with immediate effect and accordingly, the Company is no longer in an offer period pursuant to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
