Investor and Analyst visits in Lucca, Italy

Rotork, the market leading actuator manufacturer, will be hosting investor and analyst visits on 11 to 13 May 2009 inclusive at its Rotork Fluid Systems operations in Lucca, Italy. The exercise is part of Rotork's ongoing investor relations programme.

No material new information on current trading will be divulged during the visit or in the company's presentations, following the publication of the Interim Management Statement on Friday 24 April 2009.
