Director Shareholding

Further to the announcement of 16 January 2009 and in accordance with rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information in relation to Harry Offer, Chairman of Qonnectis, is disclosed:

At the time of Harry Offer's appointment to the Board on 16 January 2009, he beneficially held 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company representing approximately 2.5 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Since his appointment to the Board there has been no change to his beneficial shareholding.
