Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that on 6 May 2009 Brendan Hynes, the Company's Chief Executive, sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 230 pence per share in order to satisfy personal tax obligations. These shares were purchased by the Company to be held in Treasury.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Hynes has a notifiable interest in 98,870 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.27 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
