Appointment of Managing Director

Delcam, the UK's leading developer and supplier of CAD/CAM software solutions to manufacturers worldwide, will announce at its Annual General Meeting today, that after 20 years as Managing Director, Hugh Humphreys will be stepping down from the role on 1 August 2009. The Group is pleased that Hugh, who has led the Group's successful expansion since its management buy-out in 1989, will remain on the Board as an executive Director and Deputy Chairman. At the same time, the Board will also announce the appointment of Clive Martell as Managing Director. His appointment will also take effect on 1 August 2009.  

Clive, aged 47 years, is currently Operations Director and responsible for the day-to-day management of the Group's operations worldwide. He was previously responsible for Delcam's commercial activities in the UK and Europe for seven years. Clive was appointed to the Board in 1996, having joined Delcam in 1982. As Managing Director, he will lead the Group as it continues to consolidate its position as the largest specialist supplier of software for computer controlled machines in the manufacturing industry.   

Hugh Humphreys, Managing Director, said,
