Eastern Platinum Limited: First Quarter Results Conference Call

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 5, 2009) - Eastern Platinum Limited ("Eastplats")
(TSX:ELR)(AIM:ELR)(JSE:EPS) will release first quarter results on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 before the market
opens and will host a telephone conference call on the same day at 10:00am PDT (1:00pm EDT) to discuss the
results. The conference call may be accessed by dialing 1-800-319-4610 in Canada and the United States, or 1-

The conference call will be archived for later playback until Wednesday, May 20, 2009 and can be accessed by
