Issue of equity

Following the recent placing of new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), the Company is pleased to announce that it has received further interest from investors. As a result, the Company has raised an additional amount of up to £200,000, before expenses, via a placing of up to 16,666,666 new Ordinary Shares at 1.2p per share ('Placing Shares').

Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 11 May, 2009. A further announcement will be released on admission confirming the total number of shares issued.
