                       Director's shareholding

The Company has received notification on 1 May 2009 that Paul Rackham
Limited, a company controlled  by Paul Rackham,  the chairman of  the
Company, has  bought 75,000  ordinary shares  of 5p  each  ("Ordinary
Shares") at 18p per share on  1 May 2009. Following this  transaction
the Rackham  Family  is  interested  in  23,522,721  Ordinary  Shares
representing 64.98 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
