                       Director's shareholding

The Company  has received  notification on  30 April  2009 that  Paul
Rackham Limited, a company controlled  by Paul Rackham, the  chairman
of the  Company,  has  bought  589,000 ordinary  shares  of  5p  each
("Ordinary Shares") at 18p per share on 30 April 2009. Following this
transaction the Rackham Family  is interested in 23,447,721  Ordinary
Shares representing 64.77 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
