Directorate Change

McKay Securities PLC announces that Steven Morrice, Development Director, will leave the Company on 8th May 2009 by reason of redundancy.

Simon Perkins, Managing Director of McKay, commented 'this is an unwelcome but necessary response to the decline in market conditions and development prospects. Our most recent development projects were completed and let ahead of the downturn, and although we will return to development in the future, increasing pressures on occupational markets make the timing more uncertain. We are grateful to Steven for his efforts and contribution and wish him well in the future'.
