The Board of RCG Holdings Limited (AIM:RCG, HKSE:802), an international provider of biometric and RFID products and solution services with a primary focus in the Asia Pacific markets, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Evolution Securities Limited as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the Company and of Evolution Securities China Limited as Joint Broker to the Company, both appointments being made with immediate effect.

CLSA Equity Capital Markets Limited remains as the Company's Compliance Adviser in Hong Kong.
