VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Hexagon's share capital consists of 21,499,778 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). Hexagon does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hexagon is 21,499,778.

The figure of 21,499,778 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hexagon under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
