Intelligent Environments plc, ('iE' or 'the Company'), the online software provider for the consumer banking market, announces that Michael Jackson, non-executive director of iE, transferred 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 8.5p per share on 29 April 2009 from his personal account to his pension fund. After this transfer of shares, Mr Jackson's holding remains unchanged at 300,000 shares, which represents approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
