The Company was notified on 30 April 2009 that Noble Investments (UK) PLC has made market purchases of 3,340,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') on 29 April 2009 at a price of 5 pence each. Following the purchase, Noble Investments (UK) PLC has an interest in 6,290,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 7.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
