Result of Adjourned AGM

The Board of Cape Diamonds Plc announces that resolution 3 and special resolution 4 put to the vote at the adjourned AGM held this afternoon, were duly passed. In respect of both resolutions there were 113,179,738 votes in favour and 441,996 votes against.

The Chairperson confirmed that there had been no change in the financial or trading position of the Company since the date of the AGM held on 30th January 2009.
