ADJOURNMENT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY

Zest Group plc ('Zest' or the 'Company' AIM: ZEST) wishes to announce that the Annual General Meeting, due to be held tomorrow on 1 May 2009 at 11.00 a.m. at Staple Court, 11 Staple Buildings, London WC1V 7HQ has been adjourned due to the ill health of the Chief Executive, Mr Steve Weltman, who was to chair the meeting.

In accordance with the articles of association of the Company, the adjourned meeting will take place on 18 May 2009 at 11.00 a.m. at Staple Court, 11 Staple Buildings, London WC1V 7HQ.
