('CAM' or the 'Company')

Result of Annual General Meeting and Resignation of Directors

The board of CAM (the 'Board') hereby gives notification that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday 30 April 2009, all the resolutions, as set out in full in the notice of meeting dated 3 April 2009, were duly passed.

As announced when the Company issued its final results on 19 March 2009, both Johnny Chan and Stuart Westwater are stepping down from the Board with effect from the date of the Annual General Meeting. The Board therefore confirms that the resignations of Johnny Chan and Stuart Westwater as directors of the Company become effective immediately.
